Photography Workshop with Laura Boushnak | Merchants in Heritage Souks, Kuwait
It was an opportunity to be a part of this photo walk and a privilege to meet Ms. Laura Boushnak and learned new concepts in photography. I was late but still she accommodated me. Below photographs were taken from Kuwait's old souk in Mubarakiya.
Heritage Souks or Mubarakiya is a place that has an authentic, traditional feel to it and there are streets of densely packed shops selling everything imaginable.
Laura's subject was to choose a subject and come up with a storytelling (tough!) in which she's known for her "pictorial storytelling". At the end of the workshop we were asked to submit our photos for review (?) and we'll meet up again the next day. I was afraid so I did not submit and did not meet them either. Now, I don't know what the group has something to say but I chose the subject about "Merchants".

Photography Assignment at en.v ReUse 5.0 Exposition in Australian College of Kuwait
Another photo shoot assignment under the scorching summer heat of Kuwait. It was really hot but I did not pay attention as I have to do my assigned task. There were many subjects and interesting creative projects made by the student of Australian College of Kuwait.
The event was The en.v Initiative (en.v), an organization dedicated to social
responsibility in the Arab world hosted a three hour interactive “Earth
Day Celebration” event at REUSE 5.0 at the Australian College of Kuwait
(ACK).The event was attended by 96 students from seven public and
private schools in Kuwait to celebrate International Earth Day in a fun
and educational way; learning about key environmental issues in Kuwait
& innovative ways of addressing them.
Will add more photos. :-)
